Jiangsu Hongbao Hardware Co.,Ltd was founded in December 2001. As a spin-off company from Jiangsu Hongbao Group, Hongbao Hardware Co. has been the first company in Chinese domestic hardware industry to file for going public. With a registered capital of 72.68 million Yuan, the company has seven major shareholders: Jiangsu Hongbao Group, Hongta Chuangxin Co., Zhangjiagang Hengde Metalware International Trading Co., Zhangjiagang Huarun Glass Co., Mr. Zhu Jianfeng, Mr. Heng Yungong, Ms. Wang Shitao. It has three subsidiaries: Jiangsu Hongbao Forging Co., Jiangsu Hongbao Light Industry Co., and Jiangsu Hongbao Xinhua Hardware Co. Constantly striving for excellence in business management and its public image, the company has been certified for ISO 9001 (2000 Rev.) and ISO 14001 Environmental System (1996 Rev.). Hongbao manufactures pliers, wrenches, wooden chisels, tools kits, garden tools, kitchen knives, scissors and forging parts. It has been licensed for its export and import operation in addition to manufacturing. More than 95% of the products made by Hongbao Hardwware are sold all over the world. "HOBO"branded hardware and barber scissors were named as "Chinese Well-Known Brand Products" by Chinese Socieal Survey Office in 2001.Also, its hardware tools are recognized as "Jiangsu Well-known Brand Products". In 2002, a series of "HOBO" products were awarded as well-sold products by China Hardware Association. The company holds the seat of Vice Chairman of Chinese Hardware Association. Since 2001, we were going on the way of capital circulation, and presently we are applying to Chinese Stock Exchange Supervision Committee and ready to circulate shares publicly.
